I really like what you did with the effects in the background but your lighting feels very flat and should be much darker at the sides. The little red guy doesn't really blend with the blue-ish sig, and your render is over sharpened and there seems to be like a weird dark blue shadow behind her shoulder. Good job overall! Keep it up=D

I know people will start giving me shit for saying this, but it's how I feel right now, so I don't care...

I've been reading and watching tutorial after tutorial for days on end now, and I can't seem to get my designs to look any better. It's always something that makes them look below even the rank of "amateur," whether it be the lighting, the way I blended the render, the text that I used, the opacity of this layer, or that layer, and the list goes on for decades.

People don't realize how much their words can actually hurt a person, regardless of whether they intended them to or not... When a person strives so much, and tries so hard to be a better designer, and make designs that people look at and say "wow," only to be told in polite words that they haven't made it past the skill level of a child's finger paintings, it tends to put a damper on their will to continue...

Sorry for cluttering your thread; I guess I'll just be going. If you have anything else you want to say, send it to me in a PM; I'm anti-clutter when it comes to people's threads.
