Do not do colorful tag. Use your render's colors. In this case, it was Red n' Yellow.
And this text... In sprite tags, it's better to use smallers letters, and... ah I can't explain it, but at some exemples for inspiration

    And nice try

Why is daaat I love colorful things. And i love strong shadows too. But thats just unrelated here.

Try to create a power source or something for your sprite. And a little sharpening and depth maybe?

I forgot to add 'With some exceptions...', for example, Slave's SOTW 249 entry got just pro with those colorful pentools. But, in most of case, the better is to follow the render colors

^^^That. He probably read it in a tut somewhere.

Not gonna lie working with colors with the focal may be easier, working outside of those boundaries is a true challenge and executing it properly can give you a wondrous outcome.

Tut? No, I never read tuts sorry. I'm saying for 'newbies', it's better to begin with this. Actually, colorful tags for me are just like sex, but it's not recommended to do because it's hard to get a good outcome with this.

Imo, it would of been cooler without the sprite/render.
