I'd suggest reading some tutorials on smudging.

Effects are my specialty, The reason I suggested reading smudge tuts is because your smudge is messy and has no flow and looks very boring and blurred.

Not chalk brush with high scattering and jiter.

was testing out a brush i made for it as well pfft but tx for the cnc :P its not blurred on Photoshop jut when u host it it did
will make something better later just getting back into it.

needs more detail on smudge. bump up the strentgh to 90-95
