I would seriously appreciate a link to a tutorial (not necessarily one by you) or maybe even a short explanation/PM about the effects like..





I know it's some kind of smudging with layers of something like overlay/softlight, but I need some kind of explanation. I've seen it done by lots of people in lots of different ways.

It's default hard brush smudge, I will try to make a tutorial of it when I can.
