It does look a little South Parkish, I like it though. As far as the grape smuggling issue, I think it just looks like he's wearing his pants low like the kids do. Or he could be wearing a cup, he is obviously a soccer (futbol?) fan. They wear those don't they?

I honestly wouldn't know too much about that. People don't seem to like the sport in my country
