They've become senile.

More like desensitized. It's not like this person wasn't given every single chance to live, counseling, school changes, parents that cared for her, etc etc. It's a tragedy yes, but their are people out there in far worse situations with far less chances, but still choose life.

First time I've watched this video, though I've seen a lot of publicity over it on Facebook and to be honest, I have very mixed views on it, none of which I'm going to get in to as it is a tender subject and I don't wish to offend anyone. I'm not saying I have a bad opinion, just to clear that up, but I am aware everyone will have their own opinions.
It does make you wonder though, how many more people "have" to kill themselves, before people will realise that bullying really does affect a persons life? This isn't the first girl/person to have done it and I can bet you money on it, it won't be the last. When will somebody take the necessary action to prevent this from happening?

From what I know, and the extent to which I looked into it. She was a victim of something serious and no doubt it did affect her judgement later on. Obviously after those pictures were leaked and the bullying started her self-esteem dropped and any sort of positive attention she could get she took advantage of and capitalized on it. Saying that, she really did make multiple mistakes down the road (pictures of herself in her bra and underwear on facebook, having sex with a guy that had a girlfriend) that just gave people more reason to gang up on her. I'm not saying it isn't a sad thing that happened, it's very sad and if that one creep hadn't spread the picture initially Amanda could still be with us today.
On the other hand they caught the guy that spread the pictures of her!

A permanent solution to a temporary problem, that is all suicide is.

Yes, she didn't deserve to die. Yes, she was massively bullied, but it wasn't all innocent. She played a huge role in this, as well.
She claimed it was ONE mistake, but it wasn't. She was known for masturbating online in chatrooms and flashing people everyday online. She played it off as a one-time thing, but that's not at all what it was. And then she got surprised for being bullied. Yes, bullying is horrible, but suicide isn't the answer. 80 people kill themselves everyday and 2,150 attempt to commit suicide. Where are their facebook pages with 500k likes? Why does this girl deserve more attention than anyone else? And she gave people a reason to bully her. Yes, bullying is bad and immature, but people are bullied for absolutely no reason everyday and don't kill themselves. I hate to say it, but she was a whore. No, she didn't deserve to die. Nobody does. But people give her so much pity and sympathy. Don't open your eyes to the ones already dead, open your ears to the ones that are still alive. The ones that are crying out NOW. Yes, it's sad she died, but I don't pity her.

Despite what someone does I don't think it's worth all that. Some form of disciplinary maybe to stop her from doing it again and to make her see sense that that isn't acceptable behaviour (although people still watched those shows O_o) but people go a bit too all-out on the internet when it really isn't needed.
With that said I do agree she seems to be receiving way more attention than the more deserving people =/
Either way suicide isn't a nice thing, especially when someone gets pushed as far as they can to believe that is the only answer. I've never really got the whole "Suicide is selfish" thing, seems a bit like an arrogant response that is totally unneeded.

One of the sexiest tags I've ever seen, from Radillac ↓ <3

Meh, I don't really care. It is just another death..... I mean thousands of people die everyday. What makes hers more important then any others? And I know you people are going to say she got bullied........ People have way harder lives then getting bullied over tits. Example Africa.
